About me

How I got here
I'm a nutritionist, kinesiologist and psychological counsellor. I live in London and work online and in person — with women who want to keep both their health and their quality of life, without sacrificing what matters to them.
I didn't come to nutrition out of an interest in healthy eating. I came to it out of necessity — to rebuild myself after many years of living under constant pressure.
Before that came 15+ years in corporate finance, the last seven as Group CFO. Those years taught me to think in systems and to see exactly where they break down. And illness taught me not to ignore the body's signals, even when it feels like the only option is to keep going.
I first tried kinesiology as a sceptic — and checked the result on myself before going to train in it. Psychology came later, when it became obvious that how a person eats can't be separated from the state they live in.
That's how three disciplines became one system — the one I work with today.
This isn't about control.
It's about a system that can withstand your real life.
My approach
I don't work with symptoms — I work with the system. Nutrition, how you feel and how you live are one system, and the way it's built determines whether it can carry your load.
Here's what it looks like in practice:
Everything is built at your pace — not under ideal conditions
No rigid restrictions or constant monitoring
Based on what's actually happening — not on “how it should be”
The system stays stable — even when life doesn't go to plan
